Tom is a key contributor to the strategy and hands on development of all of our web and technology services. He is highly skilled in Drupal but is also familiar with Microsoft .net solutions and WordPress.
Over the past decade Tom has been the lead technology developer behind web re-development projects for such clients as Brock University, Western University, MacEwan University, Canadore College, Confederation College, Humber College and many more. Tom works with customers not only during the build phase of the project but as a strategic advisor on the best technology options to choose.
In 2003 Tom completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Wilfred Laurier University. He then went on to complete a degree in Information Technology Management at Ryerson University, where he taught for two years.
Tom is more than a geek, he provides added value to business process re-engineering (lots of enterprise apps integration experience) that leverages the internet to potentially changing daily marketing and other related operations.

Curtis uses his skills to create and execute effective content strategies and campaigns for Perceptible and its clients, as well as ensures efficient day-to-day operation of many of the projects. Philip’s national and international track record includes many educational, non-profit, American Indian and technology clients, including the Smithsonian Institution, Brock University, University of Toronto, Tyndale University & Seminary, Confederation College, Fanshawe College, Western University, Indspire Foundation, Microsoft, Samsung, NEC, and Cisco Systems.
Philip focuses on developing effective product, marketing and technology strategies and on providing the technological infrastructure to manage these. He is passionate about the creation of “member” communities and has designed a number of web-based marketing products that support this.
Philip heads up the practice with a focus on innovative strategic, policy, marketing and product development initiatives. Philip holds an HBA in English and Media Studies from the University of Stirling, Scotland.

In his 8+ years designing and building web-based solutions, he's encountered a plethora of clients ranging from professional sports organizations in the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, & MLS, to government organizations such as the Calgary Regional Partnership.
As a developer Andrew is at home coding in HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP. His tool of choice is PHP Storm, and he is a stickler for clean code.
As a UX designer he strives for the most effective experience, by diving into the mind of the user, and constantly exploring the boundaries of digital technology.
His experience includes but is not limited to: Information Architecture, Wire-Framing, UX Design, Front-End Development, Back-End Development, QA Testing, and Project Management. Andrew is also no stranger to the Agile Software Development / Project Management process.

Formerly co-founder and creative director at two successful Toronto agencies, Group Multimedia Network and x2idea Corporation, David is a multiple award-winner for his design and illustration work, and is a leading creative force in Native American society. David’s portfolio includes branding, web information architecture and interface design, and multimedia campaigns for a broad range of Native American, cultural, educational and non-profit organizations, including Smithsonian’s American Indian Magazine, web site and e-pub and the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario, The Voice Magazine, web site and e-pub as well as the Circle Program for the Department of Indian Affairs and the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
David attended the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD) in Toronto, and has taught editorial layout and design at the program in Journalism for Native People, in the Graduate School of Journalism at The University of Western Ontario.
