Cathy is a successful back office manager/controller with a proven track record in problem solving, accounting and budgeting, operational set up and process creation. She is a highly effective, literate communicator who has worked with all levels of staff as well as liaising with investors, bankers, lawyers and accountants.

She has worked in small to medium size companies (up to 300 employees) including both union and non-union, private and public, and start-up and ongoing. Cathy has extensive experience in payroll, benefits, full cycle bookkeeping, government remittances, WSIB and office management. She has helped prepare companies for buy outs and going public. She is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association and has a number of other management diplomas.

Her track record includes all levels of accounting and business organization, process development and management, cash management in a negative and positive cash flow environment and coaching and training staff in back office procedures. She has worked with many different industries including technology, landscaping, retail, retirement, medical, construction and marketing.
